You know, I wasn't even going to update with a comic tonight. But after I got the inspiration for this one, I figured, since I'd spent 7 hours today playing it anyway, why not spend a couple making a comic?

Oh, and don't worry if this doesn't make sense...in Okami (a game for the PS2), you can use a brush to create nature...and people talk in wierd language...so.....

You know, forget it, I'm tired, I'm going to bed.

Oh! Advance warning. Comics this weekend may be sparce, if there are any at all, since I have to work this weekend, and I have a test on Monday...just a warning in advance. I'll try to get something up, though.

Not quite a comic, but...

Today was just way too wrapped up in stuff today, and I've been exhausted all day and I felt like I couldn't give you guys a decent comic on time. Sooo, what I'm doing instead is posting a picture of one of the reasons I could be considered an otaku. Actually a fraction of a reason...

But anyway, these are the guys sitting accross from my bed. Staring at me every night.

Sorry about the no-show for the past couple of updates.

NO, I have NOT given up on the idea, as you can very well see. For the most part, this comic was inked by hand, with some computer editing...it took me longer to do the text than I thought it would...but in any case.

This is the TRUE beginning for Otaku Dake! comics. We start with Walter's origin story...which I'm sure is something you'll all enjoy.

I was busy this weekend, but to make up for it, I will be posting TWO comics before the night is done. The other one will be drawn on my computer, to save a bit of time, also because I can't get the scanner to work at the moment. So check back later for that.

What's this? An EARILY comic?!

Well, I decided to make an exception, this one time...

As I said earlier, I'm very ashamed of my obsession with Ben 10. But those aliens...I love the design behind them. For those of you not in the know, Ben uses a piece of alien technology that attaches to his wrist to transform into (what was originally) 10 different aliens. So I got to wondering...what happens when the aliens aren't in use?

And this is what I came up with.

Ben 10 is (c) Cartoon Network, but I drew the fanart =p

Uh...it's not VERY late this time...right?


Right now I'm at the end (of the storyline anyway) in Disgaea 2. When I get this close to finishing a game, it's all I can think about...and I'm very, very close to beating it. Usually, after I beat a game, I can put it down for an indefinate amount of time, so at that point I can start concentrating on more... *ahem* important things, like schoolwork and doing my comic.



...DEADLINED!

My first late comic...oh well, it was bound to happen sooner or later, right?

I was in kind of a funk today, and before I knew it it was 3 am the day after the new comic was due...

Oh well. I'll do my best not to make a habit of it.

So yeah, the Kingdom Hearts toys came in this week (I ordered one of each...which is fine, but I don't like Kairi too much). I'm exaggerating a bit on how many comics came in, but sometimes I do get quite a few in my hold box...

I haven't picked up the Kingdom Hearts toys yet...since I'm working so few hours, I'm worried that I might not be able to afford them ^_^;;;;;


By the way, I hate Norton Antivirus. Maybe a comic on that tomorrow.

I was serious about committing to updating every couple of days. It may be late, but it's still within that timeframe.

Hello all!

Some of you may know me from conventions (the past two years at Comic Con San Diego at this point)...I'm that crazy fangirl running around with the Fruits Basket cow hat. This past convention I lost my voice and thus unfortunately made some odd first impressions for some people...

...but this is all besides the point.

I've always talked about doing my own webcomic. I can draw, I have ideas, I've just never done anything really up until now.

I got my own domain for a webcomic, but it's down for now and I couldn't wait any longer. Starting next post, I'm going to start posting comics and sketches AT LEAST every two days, my inital goal will be to do this for a year.

This is to just get me to DO something, so that I'll stop just talking about it.

And so...here I go!
